Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy that focuses on the connection between neurological processes, language, and behavioral patterns that have been learned through experience.  From a holistic medicine perspective, NLP is often seen as a tool that can be integrated into a broader framework of holistic healing and well-being. NLP therapy sessions aim to help individuals achieve specific goals, overcome challenges, and enhance their overall well-being. 

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often referred to as "tapping," is a holistic approach to medicine that combines elements of traditional Chinese medicine with modern psychology. It is used as a self-help tool for emotional and psychological well-being. EFT is based on the idea that unresolved emotional issues contribute to physical and emotional symptoms, and by addressing these issues through tapping on specific points on the body, individuals can alleviate emotional distress.  Holistic practitioners and proponents of EFT believe that by addressing emotional issues at the energetic level, the technique can lead to improvements in mental and emotional well-being, and even physical health.

Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is a technique that falls under the umbrella of energy psychology and is sometimes considered a holistic approach to addressing various psychological issues.
